Bonnie Kay King, 69, of Muncy, died, Sunday, December 15, 2019 at her home.
Born November 18, 1950 in Muncy, she was a daughter of Beulah M. (Bartlett) Yoder, of Muncy and the late William T. Snyder. On October 15, 2011 she married Jody E. King, who survives. Together they celebrated eight years of marriage.
Bonnie was a 1968 graduate of Warrior Run High School.
She worked for the family business, Yoder’s Diner until she retired in 2007.
Bonnie was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Muncy.
She loved listening to music, especially Elvis. Bonnie enjoyed watching T.V., mostly westerns, game shows and General Hospital. She liked to be outdoors and was fond of decorating for the various holidays. Bonnie also enjoyed word search books and adult coloring books. Most of all she loved spending time with her husband, Jody.
Surviving in addition to her mother and husband are one brother and sister-in-law, William and Linda Snyder, of Muncy; one sister and brother-in-law, Brenda and Mike Brown, of York; one sister-in-law, Roseanne Snyder, of Mechanicsburg; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a step-father, Richard Yoder; her first husband, Wayne Kline; and one brother, Barry A. Snyder, earlier this year.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, in the Muncy Cemetery with her pastor, the Rev. Richard Robinson, officiating.
The family will provide the flowers and suggests memorial contributions in Bonnie’s name be made to the First United Methodist Church, 602 S. Market Street, Muncy, PA 17756.
The family is being assisted by Grenoble’s, 121 S. Main St., Muncy.
