Branden Scott Mummey, 28, of New Columbia, passed away Sunday, October 26, 2014.
He was born October 15, 1986 in Lewisburg, a son of Jesse and Dawn (Paladino) Mummey, of New Columbia.
Branden was a 2005 graduate of Milton High School.
He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, dirt bikes, motorcycles and cars, especially Mustang’s. Most important to Branden was spending the time he could with his son.
Surviving in addition to his parents are one son, Jordan Scott Mummey and his mother, Jennifer Unangst, both of Milton; one brother, Cody Mummey, of New Columbia; maternal grandparents, Achille “John” Paladino and wife Suzann and Sharon Gerarge, all of FL; a great-grandmother, Helen Thomas, of Kingston; and numbers aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Ralph and Laura Mummey; a grandfather, Samuel Gerarge; several great-grandparents; and a cousin, Jarrod Mummey.
Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
The family suggests donations in Branden’s memory be made to help benefit his son. Checks may be made out to Northumberland Federal Credit Union (please specify Jordan Mummey Memorial Fund in memo) and mailed to 603 Center St., Milton, PA 17847.
