Darlene Louise Shemory, 60, of Milton, died Wednesday April 1, 2015 at her home.
Born June 23, 1954 in Muncy, she was a daughter of the late William H. Sr. and Betty Mae (Diehl) Shultz. On August 21, 2002 she married Romain Oscar Shemory, who preceded her in death on December 9, 2010. Together they celebrated 8 years of marriage.
Darlene was a 1972 graduate of Milton High School. She worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant for 17 years at Riverwoods, Lewisburg.
She was a member of the Rescue Hose Company and Eagles Lodge 503, both of Sunbury.
Surviving are two brothers and sisters-in-law, Roy and Debra Shultz and William H. Jr. and Debra Shultz, all of Milton; one sister, Bonnie Micklesavage, of Milton; seven nieces and nephews, Zachary, Jesse, Aaron and William H. Shultz, Jamie Bastian, Lisa Hardy and Donna Posten; seven great-nieces and nephews, Neil Jr. and Dakota Lilley, William “C.J.” Shultz, Nathaniel Posten, Alexis Baker and Addisyn and Brycen Hardy; one great-great-niece, Sophia Ann Lilley.
In addition to her third husband and parents, she was predeceased by her second husband, David Fry.
Friends will be received from 7 to 8 p.m., Wednesday at Cronrath-Grenoble Funeral Home, 308 Main Street, Watsontown, where a Memorial Service will be held at 8 p.m. with the Rev. Alice Rauch, officiating.
