Donald E. Keefer

Donald E. Keefer, 88, of Watsontown, passed away on March 26, 2017, at Riverwoods, Lewisburg, where he had resided since October 2014.
Born in Milton on June 3, 1928, Donald was a son of the late John and Esther (Baker) Keefer.
Donald served in the US Army in Korea in 1952 as a radio operator with the Korean Military Advisory Group 3rd Republic of Korea Division.
He worked a variety of jobs to support his family retiring from the melt shop at North Star Steel, formerly the Milton Manufacturing Company, in 1990.
Donald is survived by his wife of 62 years, Virginia; daughters, Kay Lynn (Thomas) and Roxane (Richard); and grandchildren, Andrew, Nicole and Adria.
In addition to his parents, Donald was predeceased by his sisters, Sylvia and Gladys, and his brother, Dale.
Funeral and burial will be at the convenience of the family.
