Elizabeth Drewencki
March 16, 1924 — September 15, 2016
Elizabeth Drewencki, 92, of Muncy, died Thursday, September 15, 2016 at the Gatehouse, Williamsport.
Born March 16, 1924 in Natrona Heights, she was a daughter of the late Stanley and Frances (Kucinski) Siemianowski. Her husband of 57 years, Raymond J. Drewencki, preceded her in death December 28, 2006.
Elizabeth graduated from Harbrack High School, Natrona Heights. She retired from the former Moonlight Mushrooms, Winfield.
Elizabeth was of the Catholic faith and volunteered to assist with funeral luncheons and holiday events at the Church of the Resurrection, Muncy. She was a wonderful cook and loved baking. Elizabeth was a very kindhearted person, often helping people with anything that she could.
Surviving are two sons, Owen Drewencki, of San Diego, CA and Kevin R. Drewencki, of Muncy; two sisters, Alfreda Siemianowski, of Hershey and Theresa Beck and her husband Randy, of Newton; and two grandchildren, Melanie and Laura Drewencki.
In addition to her husband and parents she was predeceased by several brothers and sisters.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, at the Trinity Episcopal Church, 844 West 4th St., Williamsport, with the Rev. Canon Kenneth E. Wagner, Pizza, Rector and Provost, officiating. A committal service will follow in the Trinity Episcopal Church columbarium.
