Harold V. “Bud” Beach, 58, of Picture Rocks, died suddenly on Friday, October 20, 2017.
Born February 12, 1959 in Clearfield, he was a son of the late Margaret (Shaw) Beach and Harold W. Beach, who survives. On September 1, 1979 he married the former Kristi Long, who survives. Together they celebrated 38 years of marriage.
Harold was a 1977 graduate of Lock Haven High School. He was currently working as a train operator for the Nittany and Bald Eagle Railroad.
Harold loved the outdoors, including fishing and hunting. He was a member of the South Point Hunting Club. Harold also enjoyed the company of his dog, Rugby.
Surviving in addition to his wife and father are one son, Harold “Chuck” Beach and his significant other, Jennifer Bara, of Massillon, Ohio; one daughter, Melissa Beach, of Melbourne, FL; one brother, Steve Beach, of Lock Haven; four sisters and brothers-in-law, Karen and Robert Jacobs and Diane and Terry Neff, all of Castanea, and Suzanne and Duwayne Kunes and Carol and Steve Confer, all of Lock Haven.
In addition to his mother, he was predeceased by one brother, William Beach.
Friends will be received from 3 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, at Grenoble’s, 121 S. Main St., Muncy, where a Memorial Service will be held at 4 p.m.
