Henry A. Hall, Jr., 73, of Watsontown, died Friday, July 12, 2019 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

Born May 14, 1946 in Lewisburg, he was a son of the late Henry A. and Kathryn M. (Catherman) Hall.

Henry was a 1964 graduate of Warrior Run High School. Following graduation, he served in the United States Army.

Being a workaholic and good with his hands, he worked a variety of jobs over the years, including working on furnaces and vehicles. Henry would later retire from Delaware Township.

Henry was a member of the Clyde F. Mowrer American Legion Post #323, Watsontown and Glenn Sharrow American Legion Post #35, Hughesville.

An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting and fishing. Above all, Henry had a big heart and loved helping others when they were in need.

Surviving are his companion, Mary Fry, of Watsontown; two sons and daughters-in-law, Tracy A. and Maryanne Hall, of KY and Terry A. and Heather Hall, of NC; one daughter & son-in-law, Barbara A. and James Fallon, of VA; one brother, James Hall, of Utah; 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a daughter, Brenda Hall.

A graveside service with full military honors will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 20 in the Watsontown Cemetery, with Pastor Jason King, officiating.

The family is being assisted by Cronrath-Grenoble Funeral Home, 308 Main St., Watsontown.
