Ida Mae Shuck, 83, of West Milton, died Friday, Jun. 12, 2020 at Milton Nursing and Rehab.
She was born May 15, 1937 in Lewisburg, a daughter of the late Melvin S. and Marie E. (Stahl) Adams. On November 24, 1972, she married Lee C. Shuck, who survives. Together they celebrated 47 years of marriage.
Ida was a 1955 graduate of Lewisburg High School. She previously worked as a Teachers aid at the Buffalo Crossroads Elementary School. Most recently she was an activity assistant at Buffalo Valley Lutheran Village, Lewisburg.
She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Milton.
Ida was a gifted musician, who excelled in playing the piano, accordion and numerous other instruments. She also enjoyed sewing and cooking.
Surviving in addition to her husband are a son and daughter-in-law, M. Eugene and Susan Belles, of Shamokin; three daughters and one son-in-law, Marie Eileen Hommel, of New Berlin, Linda L. Shuck, of Milton and Jean M. and Paul Shivers, of Charlotte, NC; nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her first husband, Bill Belles; a sister, Joan Bilger; and a grandson, Carl G. Libby.
Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
Burial will be in the Montandon Cemetery.
