James Robert “Jim Bob” Walton, 45, of E. Market St., Danville, died unexpectedly Monday, May 28, 2018.
Born June 29, 1972 in Muncy, he was the son of George and June (Follmer) Walton, of Muncy. He and his wife, Jennifer Wemple, spent 13 years together.
Jim Bob was a 1992 graduate of Warrior Run High School. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marines. Jim Bob previously worked for the Danville Ambulance. He recently worked at Swartz Collision and Auto Body Shop, Winfield and also at Woody’s Butcher shop, Riverside.
Jim Bob was a member of the Continental Fire Company, Danville. He had a passion for bowling and was a member of the Danville Bloomsburg Association at Midway Lanes, Danville. Jim Bob also enjoyed hunting, playing cards and golfing and was a member of Three Ponds Golf Course, Elysburg.
Surviving in addition to his parents and wife are a son, Talan Walton, of Danville; a daughter, Kendall Walton, of California; and a sister, Alecia Walton, Muncy.
Friends will be received from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, at Grenoble’s, 121 S. Main St., Muncy, where the memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. with T. J. McCabe, pastor, officiating.
