Jane E. Bitler

Jane E. Bitler, 61, of Muncy, died Sunday, August 25, 2024 at her home with family by her side.

Born June 11, 1963 in Williamsport, she was a daughter of Howard R. Wodrig, who survives, and the late Connie  M. (Marshall) Wodrig.

Jane worked for various local manufacturers through the years, most recently being Andritz, Muncy.

She was a member of the Eugene Grafius Post 104 American Legion Auxiliary, Montoursville, and the Edward J. Smith Post 3428 V.F.W., Muncy.

Jane enjoyed doing puzzles, and most importantly, spending time with family.

Surviving are three children, Trina Bogart (Dale Richart), of Muncy, William Jr. (Mandy) Bogart, of Williamsport and Nikki (Al) Williams, of Hughesville; one brother, Kenneth (Sandy) Wodrig, of Clarkstown; one sister, Deb (Robert) Barrows, of Muncy; 17 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her mother, she was predeceased by her significant other of 16 years, Jeffery Nelson; and one great-granddaughter.

Friends will be received from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, August 29 at Grenoble’s, 121 S. Main St. Muncy.

Burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
