Joanne Louise Hostetler

Joanne Louise Hostetler, 87, of Hughesville, died Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at Wolf Run Village.

Born June 22, 1932 she was a daughter of the late Paul and Anne (Cotner) Hoagland.

Joanne was a 1950 graduate of Milton High School.

She was an administrative assistant at Boeing in West Chester before retiring in 1995 and moving to Florida.

Joanne was of the Presbyterian faith.

She was a member of the Halifax Yacht Club and the Museum Guild while living in Florida.

Surviving are three nieces, Rose Beadle, of Berwick, Crystal Bernstein, of Muncy and Vickie Conner and her husband Mike, of Hughesville; one nephew, Richard Hoagland and his wife Debbie, of Sunbury; and one sister-in-law, Dorothy Hoagland, of Muncy.

In addition to her biological parents, Joanne is preceded in death by her adoptive mother, Pearl P. Plotts; three sisters, Betty Matthews, Sadie Horn, and Irene Sechler; two brothers, Donald Hoagland and Walter Hoagland; and one nephew, Keith Beadle;

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.

The family would like to thank the staff of Wolf Run Village for the wonderful care Joanne received while there.
