Joyce E. Pfefferkorn

Joyce E. Pfefferkorn, of Muncy, died Friday, July 15, 2016 at her home surrounded by her family.
Born December 18, 1931 in the former Campgaw, NJ, now Franklin Lakes, NJ, she was a daughter of the late John and Elsie (Morris) deJong. She and her husband, Michael Edward Pfefferkorn, celebrated 49 years of marriage before his death August 28, 2002.
Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Bob Bennett, of Montoursville; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Michael J. Pfefferkorn, of Muncy and Paul J. and Kathleen Pfefferkorn, of Oakland, NJ; three grandchildren, Christopher and Ryan Lewis and Julie Anne Pfefferkorn; and her dog, Katie
In addition to her parents and husband she was predeceased by a brother, John “Jack” deJong.
Friends will be received from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Monday at Grenoble’s, 121 S. Main St., Muncy, where the funeral will be held at 11:30 a.m.
Burial will follow in the Muncy Cemetery.
