June E. Crawford

June E. Crawford, 79, of 215 E. Water St., Muncy, died Monday, January 5, 2015 at Muncy Valley Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Unit.
Born January 9, 1935, in Burgettstown, PA, she was a daughter of the late Donald Scott and Kathryn (Lake) Randolph. On November 29, 1958 she married Paul David Crawford, who preceded her in death on December 2, 1981.
June was a 1953 graduate of Watsontown High School. She retired in 1987 from GTE Sylvania, Montoursville, where she was employed for 27 years.
She loved animals, especially cats and dogs, and enjoyed reading. Most of all, June cherished spending time with her family.
Surviving are three sons and two daughters-in-law, Lorne David and Pala Crawford, of Muncy, James Grant Crawford and Maureen Ahmad, of Chapel Hill, NJ, and Peter Gregory Crawford, of Hughesville; a sister, Donna Sylvia Randolph; six grandchildren, Wesley Crawford, Kristy Marie Teisher and husband Rob Teisher, Taylor Ann Crawford, Elise Crawford, Kylie Crawford and Kathryn Simpson; and two great-granddaughters.
In addition to her parents and husband she was predeceased by one son, Jeffery Scott Crawford; and one daughter, Juanita Marie Simpson.
The family will greet friends from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. Friday at Grenoble’s, 121 S. Main St., Muncy, where a memorial service will follow at 4:00 p.m. Officiating will be Jim Girven, Lay Pastor of the Messiah Lutheran Church, Clarkstown. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family in Twin Hills Memorial Park.
