Kenneth “Ken” M. Rummel, 58, of Muncy, died Saturday, November 6, 2021 at UPMC Susquehanna, Williamsport.
Born March 7, 1963 in Harrisburg, he was the son of the late Gloria F. (Kauffman) Rummel and Mark I. Rummel, who survives. On Aug. 10, 1989 he married the former Lori Dangle, who survives. Together they celebrated 32 years of marriage.
Ken was a dedicated truck driver, working at various companies over the years, most recently employed at Watsontown Trucking.
Ken was an animal lover, and helped rescue and nurse them back to health. He was a motorcycle enthusiast attending the 9/11 and other charity rides. Ken also enjoyed dirt biking and four wheeling. He was a handyman and very mechanical oriented, always willing to help anyone in need. Most of all, Ken loved spending time with his grandkids.
Surviving in addition to his wife and father are two sons, Brandon Rummel and his fiancé Hayley Breech, of Huntersville and Zachary Rummel, of Muncy; and two grandchildren, Kip and Bentley.
A graveside service will be held at 12 p.m. Thursday at Twin Hills Memorial Park, 3332 Lycoming Mall Dr, Muncy, with Pastor Scott Koser of the Warrensville United Methodist Church, officiating.
The family is being assisted by Grenoble’s, 121 S. Main St., Muncy.
