Margaret L. Buck

Margaret L. Buck, 94, of Watsontown, died on Monday, June 24, 2024 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

She was born May 22, 1930 in Montgomery to the late Clarence and Emma Mae (Weeks) Reynolds.  On September 30, 1950 she married Robert L. Buck who preceded her in death on April 6, 2011.

Margaret was a 1949 graduate of Watsontown High School.  She retired in 1992 from the former JPM Industries, Lewisburg.

Margaret was a member of Grace Baptist Church, Mt. Pleasant Mills.

She enjoyed reading, gardening and flowers.  Margaret enjoyed road trips with her son while he was driving truck, and also looked forward to scripture study with her family.

Surviving are two sons, Irvin E. Buck and Rhine L. Buck, both of Watsontown; three brothers, Robert “Buzz” Reynolds and his wife, Mildred, Emmett “Pick” Reynolds, and Irvin J. Reynolds and his wife, Janet, all of Watsontown; and one sister-in-law, Linda Reynolds, of Watsontown.

In addition to  her parents and husband, she was predeceased by two brothers, Lester and Earl Reynolds; two sisters, Sarah Hoey and Martha Bell; and one sister-in-law, Virginia Reynolds.

Private services and burial will be held in St. John Lutheran “Delaware Run” Cemetery.
