Maurice A. Rovenolt

Maurice A. Rovenolt, 52, of Muncy, passed away on Sunday, September 22, 2024, at Highlands Rehabilitation and Healthcare, Laporte.

Born May 13, 1972, he was a son of the late E. Orlando and Ruth Rovenolt.  On October 11, 2008, he married the former Tammy Snell, who survives.

Maurice graduated from Maranatha Christian School, rural McEwensville.  He worked for Rovendale’s, GameStop, Sears and Great Escape Movie theatres.

Maurice enjoyed gaming and watching movies.  He loved transformers and was also an avid Philadelphia sports fan.

Surviving in addition to his wife are two brothers, E. Wayne Rovenolt and Ronald Rovenolt;  a godson, Clayton James Swank “CJ”, and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by one brother and sister-in-law, Donald and Peggy Ann (Cole) Rovenolt; one sister and brother-in-law, Betty and Lavern Koch; and two sisters-in-law, Marion “Sis” Rovenolt and Carol Rovenolt.

The family is planning a Celebration of Life at 7 p.m. on Monday, September 30 at Pleasant View Wesleyan Church, Muncy.  Friends will be received from 6 to 7 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Grenoble’s, 121 S. Main St. Muncy, PA 17756 to help defray funeral expenses.
