Ronal Robert Rowles

Ronal Robert Rowles, 38, of Lewisburg, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 in Maryland.

Born January 6, 1986 in Lewisburg, he was the son of Ronald Rowles, of Milton and the late Cathy Dianne (Fertig) Rowles.

Ronal attended Mifflinburg and Mid-West Schools. He worked as a cook at Bread of Life Restaurant, McAlisterville.

He enjoyed camping, traveling, fishing and playing cards. Ronal loved watching the Pittsburgh Steelers, ice hockey and baseball and his favorite holiday was Christmas.

Most importantly, he loved spending time with his friends and family.

Surviving in addition to his father are one brother, Aaron Rowles, of Beaver Springs; his father’s fiancé, Bonnie Miller and his caregivers that helped take care of him, Mary, Zack, Jeremy, Mike and Lynn.

In addition to his mother, he was predeceased by a brother, Kyle Rowles; maternal grandparents, Robert and Emma Fertig and paternal grandparents, Ronal J. Rowles and Alice Schreck.

Friends will be received from 5 to 6 p.m. on Thursday, October 24 at Cronrath-Grenoble Funeral Home, South Second and St. Louis Streets, Lewisburg, where a celebration of Ronal’s life will be held at 6 p.m.

The family suggests memorial contributions in Ronal’s name be made to Cronrath-Grenoble Funeral Home to help defray funeral expenses.
