Sharon Ann Rhinehart, 66, of Lancaster, and formerly of Williamsport, passed away Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at Hospice and Community Care, Lancaster.
She was born March 1, 1949 in Williamsport, the daughter of the late Raymond E. and Ethel Maud (Williams) Shutt.
Sharon was a 1967 graduate of Williamsport High School. She was a longtime employee of GTE Sylvania, Montoursville and later retired with over 20 years at NTN-BCA, Lititz.
She attended the Third Street United Methodist Church, Williamsport, in her younger years.
Sharon enjoyed bingo, computer games and listening to Air Supply. She also loved going shopping and to garage sales and spending time with her dog, Daisy. Most Importantly, she was a kind, compassionate and loving mother to her children.
Surviving are two sons, Robert Rhinehart, Sr., of Elizabethtown and Donald Rhinehart, III, of Columbia; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Robert and Evelyn Shutt, of Watsontown and Eugene and Sharon Shutt, of Montoursville; four grandsons, Robert, Jr., Scottie, Tyler and Zachary Rhinehart; one great-granddaughter, Lily Rhinehart; and her beloved dog, Daisy.
Friends will be received from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at Cronrath-Grenoble Funeral Home, 308 Main St., Watsontown, where a Funeral Service will be held at 12:30 p.m. with Rev. Robert Wallace, retired Methodist pastor, officiating
Burial will follow in Green Lawn Memorial Park, Montgomery.
