Theresa A. Franks

Theresa A. Franks, 52, of 50 N. Third St., Lewisburg died Saturday March 29, 2014 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
She was born February 28, 1962 in New Jersey, a daughter of the late Frank Gaffney, Sr. and Patricia and Robert Fritz.
Theresa graduated high school in New Jersey. She previously worked at the Rollermills Antique Center, Lewisburg and the former Lewisburg Sub Shop. Theresa was currently working at Weis Markets, Lewisburg.
She was a social member of the Kratzer-Dull American Legion Post #182. Theresa was a hard worker and loved her job at Weis Markets. She was an avid bingo player, and enjoyed playing with her bingo buddy, Brenda Vadasz. Theresa also loved spending time with her cats.
Surviving are two sisters and brothers-in-law, Linda and Leon Gocklin, of New Jersey and Patty Ann and Tom Divido, of Tionesta; one brother-in-law, Richard Strojny, of New Jersey; one sister-in-law, Teresa Gaffney, of New Jersey; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by two brothers, Frank Jr. and Joseph Gaffney; and one sister, Kathleen Strojny
A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, April 9 at Cronrath-Grenoble Funeral Home, S. Second and St. Louis streets, Lewisburg, with Rev. John E. Lee, retired United Methodist pastor, officiating.
The family will provide the flowers and suggests memorial contributions in Theresa’s name be made to Mostly Mutts, 284 Little Mountain Rd., Sunbury, PA 17801.
