Timothy E. Colburn, 51, of Pennsdale, died Sunday, August 7, 2016 at the Gatehouse, Williamsport.
Born December 5, 1964 in Williamsport, he was a son of the late M. Frederick Colburn, Jr. and Jeanette Anna (Tysarczyk) Colburn, who survives.
Tim was a 1982 graduate of Muncy High School and earned his associate degree from the former Williamsport Area Community College, now Penn College.
He worked for many years in the family business at the former Ice House of Lewisburg, which he managed and operated following the passing of his father in 1995.
Tim was a member of Pennsdale Trinity United Methodist Church.
He enjoyed being a member of the Lycoming Hunting and Fishing Club, where he made many close friends through the years.
Surviving in addition to his mother are three sons, Benjamin(Lane) Colburn, of Pittsburgh, Timothy Colburn, of Pennsdale and Jacob Colburn, of Pennsdale; one brother, James Colburn, of Muncy; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Deborah (Harris) Menges, of Turbotville; Marcia (Gary) Saam, of Pennsdale; and Cassandra (Jeffrey) Martin, of Muncy; a grandchild on the way, River Colburn; five nieces and nephews, Patrick (Kristen) Menges, Catherine (Tim) Saam-Bower, Emily Saam, Thaddeus Martin, and Zachary Martin; and two great-nephews, Parker Menges and Landon Menges.
In addition to his father, he was predeceased by his grandparents, Edward and Anna Hutchinson and Malcolm Sr. and Blanche Colburn.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday in Twin Hills Memorial Park, 3332 Lycoming Mall Rd, Muncy, with Pastor Kevin St. Martin, officiating.
The family will provide the flowers and suggests memorial contributions be made to the Gatehouse. Please make checks payable to Susquehanna Health Foundation and mail to 1001 Grampian Blvd., Williamsport, PA17701.
