Good Therapy’s website provides information on the different types of grief, the process of recovering from grief, articles related to specific types of loss, and ways to get help, including a search for professional therapists.
The Center for Prolonged Grief offers resources and information about the different types of grief people experience, as well as a place to find a therapist who can help begin the recovery process.
Center for Loss and Life Transition is a helpful resource from Dr. Alan Wolfelt for those grieving including the basics of grief and mourning, the feelings associated with grief, and getting the help needed by finding a grief counselor. The website includes a link to books written by Dr. Wolfelt for adults, caregivers, and children and teens.
